Our story
Next Build is a full-service construction and remodeling company based in Lima, Ohio. Nick leads a team that stays hands-on through every phase of a project, from framing a new home to setting the last piece of trim.
We take on custom homes, additions, accessory buildings, kitchen and bath remodels, decks, flooring, tile, carpentry, and ongoing repairs — plus full construction management when a project has a lot of moving parts.
What we're known for locally is simple: the work holds up, and the finish looks like someone cared. That's the standard on every job, no matter the size.
